Tropical Beach Party

It’s all about the sand! Bring the whole family to our winter get away – the Tropics Trail at the Zoo. We’ll supply sand, palm trees, exotic animals and more.

Activities:

• “Get a hug from “Snoopy”, courtesy of Valleyfair – 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Large indoor sand box – (9:00 – 4:00)
• Face Painting - (11:00 - 2:00)
• Calypso music – (12:00 – 3:00)  
• Sand art activity – (11:00 – 2:00)
• Keeper talks – Tropics Trail (10:00, 12:00 & 2:00 each day)
• Recycle for Rainforests – Recycle your old cell phones at the Zoo to help protect African rainforests and the animals that live there. Volunteers will be staffing a “Phone drop off” location.
