Galapagos Islands Wildlife Expedition and Conservation Field Study Tour

Lean over the bow of our private group’s boat watching the dolphins riding the bow wave inches away; spot a whale in the distance; anchor in a quiet and secluded cove.

Visit eight unique islands with a small exclusive group of educators for a truly ‘up close and personal’ experience with nature and the rugged beauty of the islands. Stroll the beach amongst the sea lions and watch the blue-footed boobies dive into the surf.

Other activities include exploring unique lava formations; observing nesting sites of thousands of shorebirds; snorkeling in the best site of the islands; meeting 100-year old turtles that have made these islands famous; and during our land excursion, spending time exploring the historical center and market shopping in the capital city of Quito, Ecuador.

Trip date: July 8-18, 2013
