Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge is managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is the principal federal agency responsible for conserving, protecting and enhancing fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.

In the end, we provide Minnesotans with confidence that our natural assets are safeguarded from inappropriate future development.
The Minnesota Land Trust has completed over 300 land-protection projects preserving more than 29,000 acres and over one-half million feet of fragile shoreline throughout the State.
